New Reservation Process for Study Rooms

Starting June 1, 2024, you will need to:

  • Provide your full name when reserving a room.
  • Show your library card or other ID when you arrive to use the room.

Booking a Study Room is as easy as 1-2-3:

Go to Reserve a Study Room

1. Choose a date

  • Study rooms cannot be reserved more than 7 days in advance.
  • Study rooms must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Choose a branch

3. Choose a time (maximum two hours per day)

4. Provide your full name when reserving a room. You will need to show your library card or other ID when you arrive to use the room.

5. Check the details for the room you have chosen to insure it has enough chairs, table space, and other amenities you might need.

    Room description: Study room for individuals or small groups
    Included resources: Chairs (4), Table
  • Study Room Example #2
    Room description: Study room for individuals or small groups
    Included resources: Chairs (4), Small Tables (4), Whiteboard.

6. Please arrive within 15 minutes of the starting time of your reservation. The study rooms are very popular and if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the starting time we may release your room to another patron.
