The Learning Curve is a high tech, hands-on area designed just for kids, teens, and their families. From story times to art programs, and even an area for teens only, the Learning Curve offers a unique blend of digital and traditional library materials and programming for youth ages 0-18. Our interactive activities are aligned with academic standards and incorporate a variety of technologies to ensure a dynamic, hands-on learning experience.
The long-awaited renovation plans for Central Library’s Learning Curve (children's area) will be underway very soon. The children’s picture book area formerly located on the East side of Floor 2 at Central Library is now available on the East side of Floor 3. This includes picture books, toddler, concept, board, and characters books, and CDs for children.
From Explore STEM + More and Family Game Night to Dungeons and Dragons and storytimes, there is something for everyone at the Learning Curve!

This growing collection is designed for homeschooling families of all ages who are interested in supplementing their current curriculum. This collection includes a wide range of educational materials meant for educators.
