Community Room Branch Rentals

Booking a Meeting Room at a Branch Location

To reserve a meeting room at a branch location (this does not include Central Library), a fully completed and signed meeting room reservation form must be submitted for approval at least two (2) weeks in advance of the event. Many of the Library's branch rental spaces are popular and fill up quickly.

Nonprofit Rental Fees for Branch Locations (does not include Central Library)

In fulfillment of our mission to provide access to ideas representing all points of view on all subjects, The Library offers space to area nonprofit organizations at a reduced rate. Nonprofit organizations must submit documentation of their nonprofit status to receive this discount.

• There is no charge for the first four hour block.
• Any amount of time over four hours will be $85.60.
• Nonprofit groups may make two bookings per month at the nonprofit rate. Additional bookings in that month will be charged at the normal hourly rate.

For Profit Rental Fees (does not include Central Library)

All required fees must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Use of Library meeting rooms is limited to the type of meeting or activity stated on the application. See all Community Meeting Room Rental Fees.

• Any amount of time over four hours will be an additional $85.60.
