Indianapolis Public Library branch locations have meeting rooms available during all public hours of operation. Spaces are available to rent at all locations except for Garfield Park and the InfoZone. To reserve a meeting room at a branch location (this does not include Central Library), a fully completed and signed meeting room reservation form must be submitted for approval at least two (2) weeks in advance of the event. Many of the Library's branch rental spaces are popular and fill up quickly. Meeting rooms
at the branch locations may be booked one (1) year in advance. Reservations for the following year are accepted beginning September 1.
In fulfillment of our mission to provide access to ideas representing all points of view on all subjects, The Library offers space to area nonprofit organizations at a reduced rate. Nonprofit organizations must submit documentation of their nonprofit status to receive this discount.
All required fees must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Use of Library meeting rooms is limited to the type of meeting or activity stated on the application.
